Section 1

Eligibility Requirements

The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending balances.

Section 2

Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of ck456 services, users are required to register a personal account. Registration requires the submission of accurate personal information including a valid mobile phone number, which will be used as the primary contact and verification method.

Upon successful registration, ck456 will create a single account associated with the submitted contact details. Users are responsible for all activity conducted through their account from the moment of registration onwards. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify ck456 support immediately via live chat.

Users must keep their username and password confidential and must not disclose these credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
ck456 will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from ck456 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent.
Users must ensure that they log out of their ck456 account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device. ck456 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a user's failure to maintain account security.
ck456 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.

Account verification (KYC) may be required before processing withdrawals or when unusual account activity is detected. Users must comply with any verification request within the timeframe specified by ck456 support.

Section 3

Deposits and Withdrawals

ck456 accepts deposits via the following Bangladeshi payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. Users should consult the payments section of the platform for the most current list.

All financial transactions on ck456 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ck456 does not operate in any other currency. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the platform.

Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the account and will be returned to the originating payment method where technically possible.
Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are normally processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Processing times are typically within minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad, though delays may occur during peak periods or when additional verification is required.
KYC Verification. ck456 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Users who fail to provide the requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may have their withdrawal request delayed or declined pending verification.
Fraudulent Transactions. Any deposit or withdrawal suspected to be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the platform's payment systems will be investigated. ck456 cooperates with payment providers and relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected financial fraud.

Section 4

Bonuses and Promotions

ck456 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of issue, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms. ck456 does not permit the withdrawal of bonus funds prior to the completion of the relevant wagering requirement.

Bonuses are issued to one eligible account per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through the use of multiple accounts or shared household connections constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.
ck456 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Users who have already claimed a bonus at the time of cancellation will retain that bonus subject to the original wagering requirements stated when the bonus was issued.
Bonus funds may not be used to place bets on certain game categories or bet types as specified in the individual promotion terms. Where a user places a bet using bonus funds on an excluded game type, the bet may be voided and the stake returned to the bonus balance.
Welcome bonuses are available to new registered users only. A user who has previously held an account on ck456, regardless of whether that account remains active, is not eligible to claim a welcome bonus on a subsequently registered account.

ck456 monitors bonus activity across all accounts. Where patterns consistent with bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotions are identified, ck456 reserves the right to void bonus funds, reverse associated winnings, and suspend the accounts involved without prior notice.

Section 5

Responsible Gaming Commitments

ck456 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides a range of tools designed to help users maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available at no cost to every registered account holder and can be accessed directly from the account settings area without needing to contact support.

Deposit limits allow users to set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased immediately — any increase request is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.
Session time reminders can be configured to alert users after a set period of continuous play. These reminders do not automatically terminate a session but are intended to prompt the user to assess their continued engagement.
Self-exclusion allows a user to request that their account be suspended for a specified period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or perform any account action.
Colluding with other users or engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to exploit the platform's odds or game outcomes.
Registering an account using false, stolen, or third-party identity information, or allowing another individual to use your ck456 account.
Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using the platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the ck456 platform, its games, or its underlying systems; or exploiting any software vulnerability or technical error to gain an unfair advantage.

ck456 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Detection of any prohibited activity will trigger an immediate internal review. ck456's determination following such a review is final with respect to account status and balance disposition.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content published on the ck456 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of ck456 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the ck456 platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or broadcast without the prior written consent of ck456.

The ck456 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of ck456. Nothing in these Terms grants any user a licence to use any trademark, trade name, or other proprietary designation of ck456 without express written authorisation.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck456 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with a user's use of or inability to use the platform or its services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

ck456 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party service failures, or other technical events may temporarily affect platform availability. ck456 will endeavour to restore service as promptly as possible but accepts no liability for losses incurred during any period of unavailability.

Section 9

Amendments to These Terms

ck456 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ck456 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where practicable, ck456 may also notify registered users of material changes via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Continued use of the ck456 platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
